ISTRIAN VARIETIES
All of our vineyards are located in Krkavče, covering 3.0 hectares. Of these, 50% are Malvasia, 40% Refosco and 10% Moscato Giallo. The soil in Krkavče consists primarily of flysch soil, which is characterized by alternating layers of different sedimentary rock. The favorable climatic conditions and soil composition are of utmost importance for viticulture, which is very well developed in Istria.
