This privacy policy explains in detail how we use the personal data you provide when using the website offered by Robivera.

If you are only a visitor of the Robivera website, we collect data about you only through cookies. If you are a user of Robivera services (e.g. you registered for an event organized by Robivera), we collect additional personal data required to provide the services you ordered. As a user of Robivera’s website, you may check whether we process your personal data and access them (we will send them in machine-readable PDF format). You may request corrections, restrictions, or deletions if justified. However, data collected under VAT law cannot be deleted. You may restrict processing in cases of contested accuracy or legality, or if you need the data for legal claims.
To exercise your rights, send a written request via email to info@robivera.si. We will respond within 1 month. In complex cases or with many requests, we may extend the period by up to 2 additional months and will notify you accordingly.
Robivera retains personal data until you unsubscribe from newsletters (withdraw consent). We audit subscribers yearly, and if you haven’t opened emails for a long time, we will ask for renewed consent. If you don’t respond within 14 days, we will delete your data and stop sending newsletters.
We retain data related to completed services for one month after completion unless the law requires otherwise. For example, under tax law, we must retain invoices with personal data for 10 years.
We also retain limited data (email and name) to prove we deleted your information and to maintain a list of those who opted out of future contact.
Robivera uses cookies—small files saved on your device when you visit the site. Cookies make future visits easier. You can accept or reject cookies in your browser settings.
