At our farm, we offer seasonal local cuisine. Whether you're a fan of traditional Istrian dishes or someone who appreciates creativity infused with tradition and modern culinary approaches, you'll find something to delight your palate.
Believing in the purity and power of nature, we prepare all dishes using ingredients that are mostly homegrown. This allows us to create authentic and captivating flavors inspired by Mediterranean and Istrian cuisine. We offer lunch and dinner for individual guests and groups of up to 60 people. Prior reservation is required.
Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed with homemade spirits such as walnut liqueur, artichoke, jujube, rue, Refosco liqueur, wormwood, and more. Our offer includes homemade cured meats (prosciutto, pancetta, ombolo, sausages, etc.), vegetable products (homemade eggplant in olive oil, olive spread, cod spread…), traditional bobići, fuži with truffles, Istrian-style wide noodles, venison goulash with gnocchi, and other seasonal dishes. All are carefully prepared with homegrown herbs and our own extra virgin olive oil.
To finish, treat yourself to traditional štruklji, hroštule, and seasonal fruit slices. To make your meal even more enjoyable, we serve wines from our own cellar: Malvasia, Refosco, and Yellow Muscat.
